HOUSEWORK can be a real problem when you live in pain 24/7. The other problem with Fibro we are more prone to accidents. So this can create more of a mess!

Granny Annie can't afford a cleaner! It is very hard for an old dear! She can't change her duvet cover, even her nice GP told her how to do it! So the dog walker from the Cinnamon trust helps her. Granny Annie is very concerned about those with fibromyalgia. She wonders how they cope with everyday living!
